Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using eastcountyfuture.org (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by East County Citizens for Community Colleges (“ECC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with its support of Measure G.

3. Authorization to Send Advocacy Communications

Certain forms on this Site may allow you to authorize East County Citizens for Community Colleges to send a letter, petition, message, or other communication on your behalf in support of Measure G.
By checking the applicable authorization box and submitting the form, you authorize East County Citizens for Community Colleges to use the information you provide to prepare, submit, or deliver advocacy communications reflecting your support for Measure G.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Program

By opting in to the East County Citizens for Community Colleges text messaging program, you agree to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from East County Citizens for Community Colleges concerning Measure G and related campaign activities.

Consent
Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of supporting Measure G, authorizing a letter on your behalf, making a contribution, or otherwise participating in the campaign.
By submitting your mobile number through an SMS opt-in form and affirmatively selecting the applicable consent checkbox, you confirm that:

How to Opt Out
You may cancel text messages at any time by replying:

East County Citizens for Community Colleges will also honor valid requests to stop text communications received through other reasonable channels.

Supported Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the complete control of East County Citizens for Community Colleges.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process information solely as necessary to operate the messaging program on our behalf.

Unless otherwise indicated, the text, graphics, logos, campaign materials, design elements, and other content appearing on the Site are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by East County Citizens for Community Colleges.
You may view and share campaign materials for personal and noncommercial purposes consistent with the campaign’s intended use.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Site content without permission where such permission is required.

These links are provided for informational or functional purposes. East County Citizens for Community Colleges does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Information provided on this Site is made available for general campaign and informational purposes.
